Who can I contact to return an item?

Please email returns@chango.co and let us know why you'd like to return the items along with your order number. If there was any damage, it would be great if you could send us a few photos.

What is your return policy?

Please read our return policy carefully at checkout. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item, you can return it for the full amount, minus shipping, within 21 days from when it was received. We are not responsible for return shipping materials or postage.

I saw something that I love on your Instagram; how do I find that item?

If you see something you love from our Instagram, please leave a comment on the post and someone will comment with the source! Or you can email shop@chango.co with a screenshot of the post, and someone will follow up with you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries in the world. Your shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, import taxes or VAT are the receiver's responsibility.

I need something from your store ASAP! What are my options?

We offer same day delivery services via UberRUSH and Postmates that you can choose at checkout (exclusions apply). These options are only available to those in the New York metro area. Or you can give us a call at the shop and we will hold an item for you until you can get to our shop in Williamsburg to pick it up!

Do you offer interior design services through your store?

Unfortunately, we do not offer interior design services through the Chango & Co. shop, but we have a few very creative and fun shopkeepers that are always happy to help. If you are interested in the services offered through the interior design & architecture studio, please contact hello@chango.co or fill out the project inquiry form on our website here.

What is your commitment to the environment?

We care a lot about the environment and human impact on our earth, which is why all the shipping materials we use are made from recycled paper and are 100% biodegradable. We also give 1% of our profits back to the environment to help causes that are close our heart, like ocean cleanup and clean air initiatives. In our shop and office, we recycle everything we can, use recycled and sustainable paper products, and utilize high efficiency systems. We try to do everything we can to make the earth a better place for future generations.

How do I know how much wallpaper to order?

We highly recommend consulting a wallpaper hanger to give you an estimate on how much wallpaper to order. You will need to give your hanger the width of the paper, the vertical pattern repeat, and the length of the roll. All of this info is available in the product description. We also recommend purchasing a sample before buying rolls of wallpaper.

Wallpaper orders generally have 3-6 week lead time. If you have any additional questions, please contact shop@chango.co for more info.

Do your pillows come with inserts?

Yes, all of our pillows come with inserts!

How do I wash this?

Please review the care instructions listed as part of the item's description. Although many of our items are machine washable or dishwasher safe, we often recommend taking the time to wash them by hand so as to preserve their initial appearance.

Some kitchen goods, such as our marble or wood boards, require a bit of upkeep. Please do not leave these submerged under water for long periods of time. We recommend using a mineral oil treatment on wood products every so often to keep these items looking their best.

If you are unsure of how to care for an item, we suggest you err on the side of caution. Please understand that we are not responsible for items that have been ruined or damaged by the user. If you believe that you have received a defective product, please email us at returns@chango.co.
